Trevor JohnDENNISborn Moreton in Marsh April 1943 passed away peacefully earlier this month aged 80 years.
A much loved father and grandfather, he will be sadly missed, by Mark and Jamie and Matthew, Rachael, Heather and Lucy.
A funeral service will take place at Amber Valley Memorial Park and Crematorium on Monday 4th December at 3.00pm.
Donations in Trevor's memory are invited for Dogs Trust. Donations can be collected on the day of the funeral service.
